 We offer refund and/or exchange within the first 30 days of your purchase. If 30 days have been passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind.

Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it.
  • The item must be in the original packaging.
  • To complete your return, we require a ticket, bill or proof of purchase.
  • Only regular-priced items can be refunded; Sale items cannot be refunded.
  • If the item was marked as a gift when it was purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the same value of your return.

Changes (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@olivaandoliva.com and send your item to: Finca Campoameno, Oliva de Mérida, Badajoz Spain.

Non-Refundable Goods

  • The following goods are non-refundable:
  • Gift cards (gif cards).
  • Some health and personal care items.
  • Partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
  • Any item different from its original condition, damaged, or if part of it is missing for reasons that were not due to our fault.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Once your return is received and checked it, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your returned item. We’ll also notify you if your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at info@olivaandoliva.com.

Shipment

Please do not return the product to the manufacturer. It should be sent to the following address: Finca Campoameno, ex-335 Km 5,5. Oliva de Mérida, 06475, Badajoz, Spain.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

The time that could take your changed product to reach you may vary, depending on your destination.
